FCCA - Foundation of Contemporary Couture Art, the international art center promoting revival of ancient crafts for high art, is proud to announce the launch of the book -
“The Birth of Talents”
It is an exclusive publication that brings together and celebrates the talents of contemporary European artists, offering them a prestigious and lasting showcase and not only.
Have you ever imagined seeing your work published in a book?
The book features the works of ONLY 25 selected artists from over the world.
Each artist will have the opportunity to share one or two artworks depending on curatorial approval and their unique vision in 6-10 pages , presenting their style and story to the world, and highlighting the talent that distinguishes them in the artistic landscape.
It is difficult for all artists, especially young ones, to make a name for themselves in the art world. For the selected artists only - Our Social Support Program gives not just another book but strong marking and promotion we do for them at our cost.
What is “The Birth of Talents”?
Submission is Free for All Artists (Medium: painter, mixed medium creator, photographer, scultor, textyle designer)
Only 25 approved artists would be selected for publishing in FCCA Edition, 6-10 pages for each artist, high resolution images 300 dpi and article, any number of images limited 20 pcs.
The Birth of Talents Limited Edition is open for International artists this time.
We plan other continents later on.
There are 5 awards for the selected artists of 25:
The Awards:
- Individual Gift Book about the artist: depends on the submitted images, volume up to 120 pages. We work with each winner individully to prepare the book.
The Master Award:
- Master Award is given to only one artist as an extra gift. FCCA would invest in one of the selected artworks to make it in our ancient craft technique, large enough to present to the collectors market (Embroidery Technique). This special collectable item could be send to the artist or sold with no comission to FCCA to our collectors.
The Winners would be promoted in major art galleries via internal email marketing and press releas.
Individual Art Books of the 5 artists would be available online as E-Books and would be promoted in social media (INTAGRAM) and direct mails with option to Amazon & Etsy.
Master Award artist would have an Interview and a Youtube casting.
This project is FCCA Social Support Program to the most talented artists we pre-select for the limited edition.
We charge only a part of our technical fees for the books preparation:
design, books layout. color correction, the work of journalists and proofreaders.
FCCA covers the rest of the expenses.

There are 25 available spots and applications are open. Submit your work and, if selected, you will secure one of the 25 places only in the book.

How does participation and what is the cost?
Applications are open: the first step is to apply with your artwork. If you are an artist of the required discipline, send us your information and tell us why we should select you for the book.
Applying is free. If and only if you are selected (and therefore guaranteed a place in the book) the contribution to be paid is USD290, which includes everything (both your presence in the book, awards for the selected and one copy shipped to your home).
“THE BIRTH OF TALENTS” is the perfect stage to highlight your talent and to be part of a project that celebrates contemporary European art.

Each selected artist will receive several pages in the book and an atricle.
This exclusive space offers the opportunity to tell your story and show your works at its best, in a context of high quality and prestige.
In addition, each artist will also receive a copy of the book and Gift Book for the Awarded Artists.

Many editorial services promoting books for artists have flooded the internet and social networks with their offers. But what do they do for the artist - what is the value of all these publications? Often, they don't really care who to print in their group catalogs.
After studying a great deal of information on this topic, we came up with a fundamentally different approach. All our activities should be aimed at promoting the talents of a small group of selected artists whom we are ready to work with. Therefore, we have developed several

What is the participation fee?
Applying is free. The participation fee for those selected is USD290. You will send the photos of the artwork you want to present and your artistic vision, and we will let you know if you are accepted. After selection of 25 artists we would be in touch with your interview for the article and text in the book.

What do you receive by participating?
Each artist will have 6-10 pages, professional article for the presentation of their artwork In addition, you will receive a copy of the book shipped directly to your home. Awarded artists gets a copy of their Gift Individual book as their artistic profile.
Where will the book be available?
The book will be available on our websit. Each purchase will increase your visibility, whether chosen as a design object by an art enthusiast, or used by another artist as a source of inspiration or as a gift. As optional sale we use Amazon and Etsy.
When will I receive the book?
The book is scheduled for publication and shipping in February. If you are interested, now is the time to apply: we will review your work and, if selected, prepare the drafts of your pages. You will then receive them for approval before printing.

We are currently in the first selection phase of the artists, the book is scheduled for publication in February.
Will I receive a copy of the book?
Yes, participation includes a copy of the book, which will be shipped to your home in any country in Europe free of charge. 5 artists selected for awards would get individual extra book about their art only, same quality and a Master Artist gets a Grand Prize additionally.
What happens if I am not selected?
Nothing! You will have tried. There is no fee to pay for those who are not selected for the book.

Why do you select only 25 artists not like the others?
Our strong commitment is in responsibility to provide after sale service and do our best to promote the artists with the gallaries and art institutions we have relationship. Also, the Grand Prize Artist is being assisted in sale. It is not possible to handle seriously more than that number.
